Tele Health

Smart Rehabilitation is offering virtual services, including face-to-face telehealth video visits, with our rehabilitation team from the comfort of your home.

Clients in need of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy or clinical psychology can communicate in real time with a Smart Rehabilitation provider through a smartphone, laptop, desktop or tablet, and participate in therapy, exercises and other forms of treatment.

I have used SMART rehabilitation services for several of my clients to date. I have always found them extremely professional and efficient with the provision of assessment reports and quotes and they can offer highly skilled therapists for complex clients at a competitive rate. "In June 2016, I was involved in a high speed road traffic accident. I had multiple injuries which resulted in multiple surgeries which are still on going. These circumstances resulted in a long period of immobility which left me incredibly weak. I was referred to Shruti by my rehabilitation nurse initially for hydrotherapy which was probably all I could manage in the way of rehab at that point. I found hydrotherapy so helpful it was the only time I really got relief from the pain and stiffness I was suffering and always felt much better after a session. "Shruti has been in-charge of physiotherapy for my 13 year old daughter for last 6 years My daughter is having cerebral palsy( diagnosed as GMFS 5 initially), she could not maintain even a sitting posture at the beginning. Shruti helped us with hands on physiotherapy which made a major change in her physical abilities. My daughter slowly progressed from completely non weight bearing to walking with Rifton pacer, then walking frame to now walking with use of tripods.
